July 2020 Seattle Market Watch

Last week’s pending home sales in King County were up 28% over the same week last year, as my video shows. Buyers are still very active in the market, which is continued good news for sellers. With the supply of available homes down 46% from the same point last year, sellers should see their properties stand out that much more.
