Developer Nat Bosa said he plans to break ground next week on a 41-story condominium tower in downtown Seattle on a lot bordered by Fifth and Sixth Avenues, and Bell and Battery Streets.
The Seattle Times reports it’s the first new Seattle condo project in five years and Bosa, who is calling the condo project Insignia, has city approval for two 41-story towers, with a total of up to 700 condos. The vacant lot used to be the site of the Frederick Cadillac dealership and the Teatro ZinZanni performance tent.
